Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy
Purchase Terms
Pricing and Payments: All prices for Sales Beat Pro products, services, and event registrations are either listed on the website, in your contract or invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sales Beat Pro accepts payments through the methods indicated on our website and/or invoice, including credit card, debit card, and other available payment gateways.
Taxes: Where applicable, you are responsible for paying any sales, use, or other taxes related to your purchase of products or services from Sales Beat Pro. Sales tax may be charged based on your location and applicable local laws.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation is acknowledgment that your order has been received. It does not signify acceptance of your order, as we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or issues with payment.
Live Events Registration and Payment
Event Registration: Your registration for live events such as seminars, workshops, and masterminds is confirmed upon successful completion of payment. Early registration discounts may apply if stated, and pricing is subject to change.
Attendance Requirements: All attendees must comply with our event policies as outlined in the Terms of Service. Sales Beat Pro reserves the right to deny entry or remove participants who fail to adhere to these policies.
Transfer of Registration: Registrations for live events are non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing. Any attempt to transfer your registration without prior approval will result in cancellation without refund.
Refunds and Cancellations
Digital Products and Services: Due to the nature of digital training materials, courses, and downloadable content, all sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
Live Events Refunds: Refund requests for live events (seminars, workshops, masterminds, etc.) must be made in writing and sent to Co*****@Sa**********.com at least 30 days prior to the event start date to qualify for a full refund.
If a refund request is made within 15-30 days of the event, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for requests made within 14 days of the event start date, except in cases of extreme and verifiable hardship (e.g., medical emergencies).
Event Cancellations or Changes: Sales Beat Pro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule live events due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such cancellation, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event. If the event is rescheduled, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled date or request a refund. Sales Beat Pro is not responsible for any additional costs, such as travel or accommodation, incurred by attendees.
Product and Service Cancellations: Cancellations for subscription-based services, such as ongoing business consultations or coaching, must be made at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges. For one-time consultation services, cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled service for a full refund.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, Sales Beat Pro reserves the right to suspend access to the purchased service or product until the dispute is resolved. Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of any current services and may prevent you from making future purchases from Sales Beat Pro.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
Any event registration or service purchased under a “no-refund” promotional offer.
Customized training programs or consultations that have already commenced.
Products or services that have been used, accessed, or delivered.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the receipt of your eligible refund request. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Sales Beat Pro shall not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of business information, arising out of your purchase, delivery or use of any products or services from Sales Beat Pro.
Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration clause found in our Terms of Service.
